Civil Conflict Meeting

The Barisean war minister has decided it is time to discuss the actions taken by the UAS against the alliance.
The objects on the agenda include:

1) Pressing criminal charges

2) Removal of treasonous nation's armed forces

3) Installation of a governor

4) Other Possible Punishments.

He starts off the meeting by saying this
"I nearby press charges against the UAS, for attempted treason and intentional repeated provocation."

"The offending nation is excluded from this meeting, and it's fate decided in this meeting."
