The current amendments look fine to me. I do propose an additional amendment removing the ban on cruel punishment for the head royal.

I vote for the amendment repealing the ban on cruel punishment for the head royal. I vote against the ban on cruel and unusual punishments for all citizens. You never know when someone needs to be burned at the stake.

I edited a proposed amendment to also ban torture. I am for it still, are you against it? or for it?

I am neutral towards it. The judge will find his way to properly deal with witches.

It is my character in particular that wants to deal with witches in any way that he sees fit. He is a cruel man.

so... the ban would prevent him from torturing, so he would be against the ban?

He is neutral because he cares about the final punishment more than the torture.

There is no point to lift the ban of cruel and unusual punishment since if Joe is going to be a justice, and the other justices supported it would be moot since assuming this is like America the Supreme Court interprets the constitution and thus could decide what is meant by cruel and unusual.

My character is no longer interested in persecuting witches. He is no longer based on Claude Frollo.

Barisea is proposing the powers of marriage and pornography be placed into an amendment called States Powers, as the 5th amendment of our constitution.
Other powers belonging to the states:
Income taxes

The United American South supports this amendment. We are big on states' rights. We broke away from the Union because of that.

I also propose an amendment, also within current use
Title: Executive Absentee Vote, Limitations on vote sessions
The queen/king may vote in the place of absent council members, if
1) Two persons have responded, and give their votes on the issue and agree, then the bill is given one more day to be responded to, they may consider the bill passed.
2)If they disagree, one more day is given for others to respond, and if not, the queen/king may vote as the third party. section #2 comes into affect whenever there is a tie, of two or not.
3) If no second person responds in two days, the queen may proceed to veto or approve of the legislation.

Goal: to prevent purposeful, or accidental governmental stall

I support this amendment because it will guarantee continuous flow of government operations.
