The Winter
Breaking news: Queen Ashla Frostburough of Barisea has been given for-warning that two nuclear missiles from Optic Point are heading towards Barisea.
At the Palace: Ashla paced back and forth, thinking about the news. She had eventually came up with a plan, and summoned a servant. She told them to secure a carriage to bring her in two hours to two different spots, wait there, and not look. Then, they were to bring her by any method they could, to the palace. All people were to remain inside, shutter their doors and windows. The archives, where the computers are located, were to be closed. Finally, all palace personnel were to stay within the castle, and to not look outside. Guards were to force this rule, and put blinds over all openings to the outside world of all houses, buildings, etc. Only after all this was completed, the doors, windows were to be opened, and people to be let out. The people were told prior to this date that a second wave of winter would start in a few weeks, as forecasted by all meteorologists.
Ashla waited in her palace, doors closed, and guards in a defensive position, as if possibly expecting an attack by Optic Point.
